Joe Biddle

Joe started learning guitar at the age of 17, after 3 years of playing old school dance and house music on a pair of Technic 1210s. By the age of 21 he had progressed onto studio production and continued to make music for others until his late 20's by which time he was running EDGE studios in Plymouth. This led to opportunities in London with independent film companies and charitable organisations such as Love Music Hate Racism, and Joe ended up recording live performances for well respected artists, most notably: Hard Fi, Ms Dyanmite, Sean Ryder, Baby Shambles, The Specials, The Beat as well as many others.

Joe returned back down to South West England after 18 months in the London rat race in order to set up a studio and to focus on pushing his own work while mentoring local talent. His solo performances have largely remained for personal enjoyment until of recent, when his more mature and relaxed mind set gradually gave way to song writing which continues to gather increasing interest... Joe is due to release his debut album in September 2011.

His style has drawn on a variety of genres from his musically eclectic and varied background. His empirical understanding of different types of music is what gives him his distinctive, acoustic soul feel.
